John has over 18 years of experience leading revenue and operational breakthroughs for large organizations. Before joining ServiceMaster Brands, John served as the Vice President of Operations and New Business at Ace Hardware Corporation. John oversaw a team of over 200 leaders responsible for supporting the franchise operations of over 4,000 independently owned and operated hardware stores. John has also held executive leadership roles at GameStop, 24 Hour Fitness and The Home Depot. John has demonstrated expertise in sales, P&L, team building and strategy management across national, multi-store structures and is a passionate “people first” leader.
