Jim Boccher

As Chief Development Officer for ServiceMaster Restore®, Jim Boccher is responsible for the strategic direction of all North American client partnerships, new business, marketing, as well as strategic acquisitions and market development. Jim has fifteen years of experience in the restoration industry. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of the largest owner and operator of ServiceMaster Restore franchises in the country, DSI Holdings. During that time, DSI more than tripled in size and operated nineteen locations across the United States. Jim still brings that franchisee perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to his current role. Jim honed his skill for developing strong teams early on in his professional career as a collegiate football coach with universities such as Ferris State University, Central Michigan University and the University of Michigan. Jim then combined his coaching and team leadership talent with extensive sales experience across a variety of industries such as pharma, real estate and property management. While these may seem like very different fields to some, Jim recognized the similarity of driving success and bottom-line results through recruiting, developing and leading high performing teams.
