With over 40 years’ experience in franchising, Jean Grossman has a proven track record of partnering with franchisees to drive accelerated franchisee success across the service and restaurant industries. Most recently, Jean served as Chief Operations Officer of Buff City Soap, a fast-growing plant-based home and personal care brand, where she led the development of the accelerated growth model to drive rapid expansion and capture additional market share in the personal care and home consumables category. Prior to that, Jean served as Chief Franchise Officer for European Wax Center and held a series of successive operational leadership roles with Dunkin’ Brands and Cosi Restaurants. Jean is passionate about helping franchise owners succeed and believes strongly in delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience as brand differentiators.
