Austin Yoder

Austin brings over a decade of experience at various levels of ServiceMaster, starting in field operations within ServiceMaster Clean and holding a series of successive operational leadership roles within ServiceMaster Restore. Most recently, he played a key role in driving double-digit year-over-year growth as well as leading key process improvements to enable franchisee success. Prior to ServiceMaster, Austin built his career at H&R Block where he partnered with franchise owners to increase market share and revenue. Austin is passionate about developing people and driving innovation to help teams and franchise owners alike reach their goals. Austin is a graduate of Manchester University.
