Regan Stokes joins ServiceMaster® Brands as Brand President, Merry Maids®

ServiceMaster Brands is pleased to announce that Regan Stokes has joined our Merry Maids® brand as its new President, effective Monday, January 13. Regan brings nearly a decade of experience in franchised service organizations, where she has consistently driven sustainable, profitable growth for franchisees. 

In her years leading service-based franchises such as Pure Barre and The Original Fit Factory, Regan has demonstrated a unique ability to blend strategic vision, strong communication, and effective systems and processes. Her leadership style fosters trust and collaboration within the franchisor/franchisee relationship. Additionally, Regan is passionate about building empowered, valued teams that are aligned toward shared goals. 

When asked about her excitement in joining Merry Maids, Regan shared: 

“What excites me most about leading Merry Maids is the personal connection I have to the brand and the tremendous opportunity to build on its rich legacy. Growing up in a household with two working parents, I remember how busy life could get. On the days Merry Maids came, it felt like magic—walking into a home that smelled clean, looked organized, and felt calm. It wasn’t just about having a tidy space; it was about the sense of relief and happiness that came with it. The chaos of daily life was turned into order, and the stress in our household immediately decreased. Those moments left a lasting impression on me and shaped my belief in the power of a well-cared-for home. Today, with the pace of life accelerating due to technology and increasing demands on individuals and families, the role of Merry Maids is more important than ever.” 

Regan will be based in Las Vegas. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting her daughter in her equestrian pursuits, as well as hiking, running, and biking with her husband.
