She comes to Merry Maids from The Original Fit Factory where she served as Executive President and oversaw the operations of two organizations: TruFusion, a boutique fitness franchise in the United States and United Arab Emirates, and Resoluna, a rebranded activewear line. Prior, she led a system of over 600 locations at Pure Barre where she was instrumental in streamlining operations, leading a studio-wide refresh, updating the business model and staffing structure across the brand, and implementing a unified point-of-sale and member management system. In leading franchised service brands, her ability to blend strategic vision, strong communication and effective systems and processes has made her a trusted leader.
